Consignments
We charge a 10% commission on all items that sell for $500 or more and 15% for lots that sell for under $500.
Clean Sweep Auctions offers national exposure, quality descriptions and no excess lotting. Deal with the most honest auction in the industry.

Clean Sweep Auctions Appraisals
Clean Sweep Auctions will provide appraisals for all material sent physically to Clean Sweep's offices in New York state.
We cannot provide appraisals sight unseen via e-mail.
We provide written appraisals for purposes of insurance or otherwise; there is a minimum cost of $100 for any appraisal. The rest of the fee depends on the nature and value of the items being appraised.
We do not change any appraisal fee for any item that we end up purchasing outright or accepting on consignment for our auctions.
